Stocks declined on Monday, the tech-heavy Nasdaq (US-TECH 100) plummeted by 1.04% to its lowest level since July 2020, while the S&P 500 also declined. What might be causing this downturn, and which stocks suffered the most?

China Restrictions Slow the Growth of Wall Street Indices

According to Dow Jones Market Data, the Nasdaq lost 1.04% on Monday and finished at 110.30 points, its lowest point in two years. Market analysts speculate that President Joe Biden’s limits on China may be one of the causes of this depressing decline, however there are many other possible explanations.
