It is hardly surprising that some of the key indices on Wall Street have taken a beating as terrible economic turbulence grips the world economy. The S&P 500 (USA 500), the Dow Jones Industrial Average (USA 30), and the Nasdaq (US-Tech 100) all had gains on that Tuesday last week, rising by 2.4 percent, 2.1 percent, and 2.5 percent, respectively. This may have encouraged some traders. Sadly, the market’s turbulence could not survive this exuberance. The same significant US Indices declined yesterday. What could be the cause of this ominous turn?
