If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well, right? If you want a job to be done well, do it yourself. The first statement is always true. The second might describe your leadership style and, depending on your context, it may have some truth in it. Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, had seen enough in the first two days of his visit to Moses to come to the conclusion that he did not consider Moses’ leadership style effective.
