Adrammelech was a pagan deity mentioned in the Hebrew Bible. The name Adrammelech is believed to be a combination of two words: “Adar,” which means “fire” in Assyrian, and “melech,” which means “king” in Hebrew. In ancient times, Adrammelech was worshiped by the people of Sepharvaim, who practiced various forms of idolatry, including human sacrifice.
