Africa can no longer be called ‘poor’ overall, but poverty still an issue

The level of poverty across Africa has declined in 22 countries in the past four years. But levels of poverty are very different in each of these countries. <br /><br />Mauritius, for example, has an average of 0.10 on the Lived Poverty Index (LPI). In comparison, Gabon is at 1.87.
